Default Drilling Chromed steel to fit a backrest to my Mustang.

Hi guys,
I have a solo Mustang Seat (without the backrest) and it has two holes in the bottom for a passenger attachment just like the Harley solo seat.

I found this on ebay .. it fits into Harley solo, my guess all I need is to drill the holes so they are 92mm apart instead of 85mm to fit my Mustang seat.

My questions are..

Have anybody tried that before ?.. Would any shop do the drill for me ? anything to look out for in specefic ?

Regards

A.K.
