Default Kuryakyn Lic. Plate Frame - FLHX

Has anyone installed the Kuryakn curved license plate frame on an FLHX? I just bought one and it looks like you have to take off the rear light bar which is fastened behind the fender. I hate getting back there bucause it's such a pain in the A** getting stuff back on.

Yes it is a pain. I bought ratcheting wrenches with heads that move 180 degrees to avoid having to remove that rear tire.

Put your bike on a jack lift.....remove the lower shock bolts and raise the bike until the swingarm hits bottom.....you'll have plenty of room to work......the curved plate holder looks great!
