Default Putting a Tour Pak on a Lowrider

A friend wants to put a small Tour Pak on his Lowrider. He found this one. It's very "inexpensive" (cheap). And I'm thinking that is exactly what he'll have. A very cheap tour Pak. Anyone had one of these?. We borrowed one and it fits perfectly, but it just seems very cheap and flimsy.

I told him this is the one I think he should get. These are still pretty easy to find, and I remember these as being very strong and robust. But he likes the cheap modern looking one.
And yes I do remember the old FXRT Tour Paks, but those are very scarce and very expensive.

There are many options out there, including universal top-boxes such as Givi and other brands. They are not very expensive, available in a variety of styles and sizes, come with quick-release mounts and are very robust. I have two, one small (takes a helmet, gloves, etc, the other much larger, both of which I use on my Firebolt.

What is a Firebolt, and what is the brand and model of the robust one?

The clue is in my sig - a Buell Firebolt, one of my modest stable of V-twins. The robust boxes/cases are made by Givi, although there are other brands of a similar style. Living in the UK I can't get into the Givi USA website, for some daft reason, but it is easy enough to find using your preferred search engine.

He's gonna get what he paid for with that cheap one. Them cheap hard bags are flimsy as ****.

Go Givi or go home. That stuff can take a beating.
