Not an expert here even on a Softail but usually, the rear is not always perfectly centered. If your spacers are correct, it's probably close enough.
Bikes have no camber or toe of course. Caster but called another word.
Then it's front to rear on same center line.
Not all that critical unless it looks funny when you look.
A Softail alligns the back with engine sprocket more then swing arm. Swingarm is +/- 1/32
Front is simple shimmed. Usually, if shims are wrong, rotor will not center in brake caliper.
Cruisers rear aligns with motor sprocket since rear wheel hangs of engine transmission.
(I think I said all that correct)
