Quick question, my circle red light on the dashboard turn on a few times when I was riding this week. I contacted the dealer and they told me that could happen if you have a missed-communication between the ECU not to worry and go ahead and clear the errors. If the light comes up again, then to bring the bike to be checked at the dealer. Either way, I cleared the errors but I cant find what these error means on the list:

62287h
62285h

It appears that the trouble codes have changed for the 2019 lineup. You may have to talk to the dealer to get an answer.

 

I went to one of my local HD dealer, they pull the 2019 service manual, and to my surprise and theirs, they could not find the codes either. I cleared them all for now and see if they come back. Also when I told the dealer they look at me like I was crazy until I showed the pics on my cell phone.

 

In the 00184h the leading "0" seems off as well as the trailing "h", the 62287h and the 62285h seem weird even if you read the 6 as a B instead as well as the H. All previous codes were 5 digit codes with an Alpha value at the beginning to designate the category of code.

 

Here are there pics. Until I showed the pics to the dealer they could not believe the codes, they thought I was making this up.

 

So those are B's and not 6's but the 0 not sure about along with the h's. What were they listed under in the diagnostics?

Gotta be some new M8 codes then. That is the only explaination, did the service techs get a copy of the pics to send off to HD to see if they can ID what cause the codes?

 

No, he told me to make an appointment and they will trouble shoot. The check engine light does not go ON at all

 

Seems that the codes are not a big deal to the ECU but the ECU could be having some issues and is not sending the signal to check engine light to illuminate.
