First I want to apologies for my crappy English. I'm use to speak French so feel free to correct me if you can't understand.

It's pretty hard to find tech info in French so I'm happy to join your community.

The main reason I find your forum is because of an issue that I have. I just bought a larosa seat and the underseat bolt are spinning freely. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to tight springs without being able to hold bolt head. Aren't they supposed to be weld or something? Is someone ever got this issue?

I'm also open to any idea because ship back will be my last option.

Please post a few pictures of your setup and what you are talking about or you will get lots of misinformation based on guesses of what you have...

 

It's the seat pan bolt I'm talking about. For now, I just barely tight them with non-teflon bolt. Anything harder make them spin.

 

Still with no answer from larosa... Any idea?
