Default Transplanting new organs?

My two pant question:

1) Will a 2008 softail custom twin camB motor, primary and tranny fit into the frame of a 2001 softail fatboy.

2) If it doesn't "bolt-in" naturally, are there after market kits for this issue?

If you don't get an answer in here I suggest you post in the Softail section. Those chaps should know!
