I am installing new forks on my 2011 FLHTC and when I went to put the right side fork I turned the bars all the way to the left and now it wont turn back. Is the key maybe locked or do you thing it is just caught on something. I need some help. Thanks eveyrone.

 

I assume you tried unlocking the fork lock with your bike key?

 

I take you have the ignition switch out, just reinstall it and unlock the forks. Here's the best video I've seen.

You can make an ignition lock tool or purchase one. I purchased this one and it works well. It was the least expensive tool for this purpose that I could find.

Assuming you removed the ignition assy...??? She's caught so, just need to set it free w/tool. I have long/flat screwdriver and, if you look in hole w/flashlight, you can see the orientation.
