Default License plate mounting hole covers

I just bought my first bike. An 06 Softail Deluxe! There are three holes right above the tail light where the old license plate was mounted. This is clearly a common issue, and I can't seem to understand why there aren't more options on a remedy. There are basically 2 styles of covers that I find and both are absolutely hideous. (The tribal one from Kuryakyn, and a triangle shaped one from them also). A third is actually in a $200 license plate kit that I actually want, and even have a part number, but can't seem to find it for sale anywhere! Anyone know of a custom place that I can purchase one from? Thanks in advance!

We can't tell you where to order the $200 kit at a discount from if we don't know exactly which $200 kit you're referring to. Most of us on here aren't mind readers even though a few of us believe that they are!

I have no idea what you're even saying. I'm not asking for a discount anything?

I'm looking for options to cover the 3 holes left by the factory license plate mounting bracket? .. It seems to be a common issue, but very limited issues to remedy the problem. I was just stating, there is a $200 kit that has a badass cover in it that i want, but refuse to pay anything close to $200. All I want is a cool cover to cover up the holes and the Kuryakyn isn't one of them..

If you showed us, or told us exactly what style of cover you were looking for, we may be able to be of better assistance....

That should help us help you. If you go into the newcomers section and introduce yourself, that will get your post count up to five, and then if you've been on here a week I believe, you'll be able to post photos.
