I have seen many different brands of tuners for our beloved hd's.
My question is this. Would it be worth the cost to install one for fuel management on a stock bike or trike? Knowing a stage 1 or 2 may be something to consider for future mods
for fuel I'd suggest the FL-IED's......they trick the computer to give more fuel and should help with the factory lean state and some heat.......I don't think you'd need a tuner until you go stage 1 and up
We have a section dedicated to tuners, where you should be able to learn more. Some members argue in favour of using a tuner on a stock bike, but if you have mods in your planned future I personally would wait until that is all available, then do the lot in one go.
I would get a tuner over the Xied. The fuel moto micro is the one I picked and very happy with the effects. Easy install and fuel moto provide maps for your set up which you can then fine tune if you want. You will instantly notice a cooler running engine even for the stock set up. My tuner came from a fellow board member so keep a look out in the classifieds section.
