Trouble with hot start
Howdy folks, I've got an issue with my 02 Heritage (carb). She'll start fine when cold, almost catches the moment I hit the starter button. Runs fine, no issues going down the road, I can run from 30 min to 3 hrs, all is well. However, if I shut her off then try to restart right away, while still warm, she won't restart??? The starter cranks fine, it just won't start. I've tried to read other posts, could be electrical (pick ups/coil), could be fuel (don't understand why it would be fuel, why would it run fine going down the road but not restart???). I've got limited time and talent, so if there's a 'fix for dummies' I'd love to hear it. Thanks.

tried a little throttle and also pulling the choke lever out a bit, nothing. I'll get it warmed up this weekend and pull the breather off to see if I'm getting fuel. If so, I guess it's electrical??? I just can't figure why it will run fine when it's warm, just doesn't want to start. Thanks for any replies/suggestions.
