Default Trick fuel 100 Oct

Any one ever use this fuel on their harley?? I have a 2016 Road glide and am wondering how safe would this be for it? Would it run cooler? and how much perfermoance boost will this give the bike? I have seen this fuel avaiable at shell. I was thinking of trying it on the bike.

99% of racing fuels are leaded, not familiar with that fuel but guessing it probably is leaded. If you have catalytic converters leaded fuel will burn them out. Regardless, on a stock or nearly stock motor you won't notice any performance increase.

OK, cool. In that case probably no risk but I really doubt you'll notice a difference.

After 93 octane your just pissing your money away unless you have a tuner and have modified the timing and or engine. It won't make any positive influence on performance and may even degrade performance by delaying combustion.

You should read up on what the Octane #'s really mean.

Outside of a "sweeter smell" and a few shades lighter at the tips of the mufflers you'll get nothing of value ... Don't waste your money

What does Harley recommend for a fuel Octane? Some say high test, some say regular unleaded. Owners manual says...Nothing. 96 and 103's?

They recommend 91 or better but lots of folks run regular 87 with no problems.
