Stock 2011 Fatbob, and want to increase performance.
Here's what I think:
1. Arlen Ness Big Sucker
2. Vance & Hines FP3 (supports 2012 Fatbob. Not sure if/why it wouldn't support 2011).
3. Stock exhaust pipes with slip on mufflers. Trying to avoid changing the exhaust flow and resonance by keeping the 2 into 1 setup, but want freer flowing mufflers. Does this actually improve performance, or do I just end up with a louder, shittier performing ride. I specifically want to avoid slowing the exhaust stream supposedly caused by bigger pipes.
Any suggestions on slipons? I hear new Screaming Eagles are disappointing.

You'll need to get a new header pipe to get rid of the cataltytic converter to free up the exhaust flow. If you don't do that you might as well throw the $$$ you're spending on the ac and tuner out the front door.

 

Apparently, the FP3 only supports 2012 and later FXDFs due to the switch to CANBUS on Dynas that year aand later. Oh well--it looked cool, and not too pricey. I'll also check out your recommendation, OLDenuf.
