Not addressed, just like lane splitting. Technically, it IS lane splitting. It's basically up to the LEO whether you're doing it safely or not. I've never seen anyone pulled over for it, especially since motor police do it, too.

It isnt the dream boat place to live like everyone thinks....With the pollution, illegal immigrants running around everywhere with no one doing anything about it, the retarded gun laws, the corrupt politics, and the business killing tactics I really dont know if this is a place where I want to raise my coming child.

The only thing keeping me here is family......
Easy, if you speak badly about California's laws, you might be accused of not knowing what you're talking about.

Are you riding with a club (doesn't sound like), or by yourself with other people? Unless you're comfortable with the skills of people around you, I wouldn't recommend riding side by side. Usually MCs will ride side by side because they all know each other and know each other's skills when it comes to riding, but even in those rides, it's not uncommon for some members to ride staggered. We have one member who can't hold a line to save his ***...nobody rides next to him. lmao!! If you're by yourself and showing up to a ride with people you don't know, staggered is probably the best option.

A lot of people have no idea just how socialistic they are until they realize one day they are now run by communists.

I don't really know of any freedoms out of CA besides lane splitting...

We also have lots of people moving to my state from CA, most of them can't stand the state.

I was born and raised in California, sold my business and got the hell out in 2003 during the Gray Davis/Arnold debacle.
The state is run by idiots and they have their own liberal way of doing things and it seems to be doing more harm than good there.

I live in America now....It's much nicer.

The same rules that let us lane split allow side by side riding. Nothing illegal about riding side by side in CA.

Funny you say that....We are looking at Idaho.

Easier said than done though as both my wife's family and mine all live out here and we have huge families....

Id love to feel the feeling of actually being free....
