Default I'm back in the garage!

Lots of family summer activities lately. Finally got a little time to make some progress on the buck bike.

Got the right size fuel lines.
Got the battery wired up.
Brakes are bled with dot5.
Got all my fluids ready and in hand.
Still need to do a return to jp cycles but that is just paperwork.
Still waiting on my oem exhaust and chain. (I may just put the exhaust back on that I have. Crack and all)
My goal is to get this bike road ready by the end of the month before I go on vacation.

Wish me luck.

Does everyone know you can click on "Thread Tool" in the upper right side of the screen on the top of each page to select "subscribe"? That way you don't actually need to type anything that doesn't add to the discussion?

Nice Job thanks for all the updates - fun project! I like old trucks too I have a '55 GMC 150 and a couple of '64 C10s.

Sounds and looks like it's coming right along. I hope you're going to at least keep the original parts if not put them back on as a few people have said. Interesting project and it looks like you're making great progress.

I think putting "subscribed" adds a lot to the thread. I think it builds confidence in the person writing the thread, showing that people are actually interested. It's a nice little pat on the back for me every time I get an email that says someone is enjoying my project and people will follow my progress.

As a side note, I actually didn't know you could follow a thread that way. Thanks for the info.
