Rider to Rider Financing?
#71
because it is being financed with eagle mark through the dealership finance department.. they add their fees to my selling price and give the guy financing/temp tag and do all the rest of the paperwork for that fee..
once he was pre approved the money was waiting for him to find a bike that he wanted, he found mine and then we met at his dealer and they completed the paperwork, once he signed on the dotted line the transaction started through eaglemark and it takes them a few business days to transfer the funds to the dealership at which point they cut the check for me for my sale price and then pocket the balance of what they added in this case I believe it was $350 which included his temp tag and doc fee..

I don't like it because......I had a guy ready to pull the trigger on my 2012 Ultra. Sent him to Harley and he came back and told me he was going to buy a new Harley. The girl that was doing the deal told me that the buyers feet wouldn't reach the ground properly. The next week I ran into the buyer at the Harley dealer and he told me that was bulls*** because he bought the same bike only a newer one. Needless to say they ask me to leave that day. The rider to rider (IMO) is so you can send them a customer they might not have seen and screw you out of your sale so they can get them. Wouldn't ever do it again !
