Lots of pics on the net of springer fronts on Dynas, but they're all custom built.

i'm sure they built one , but it never made it to the showroom floor . i have to wonder why not , the ones i've seen here look pretty sharp .

Harley is pretty aware of their own "timeline" and what each era represents overall, so I could understand why they've never had anything but rigids and softails with springers. There may be a few who like the looks of the dyna/springer combo, but HD has a pretty good handle on marketable style...and I'd be willing to bet not many would be sold

Dyna is more a sport style so the springer front is best on the softtail IMO

no evidence but if i worked in the design dept. at HD and had access to all their parts i'd try it , kind of hard to believe nobody tried it since 1989(?) when they brought back the springer . call it a guess or a wish

The look was old school so the springer was put on the softtail! IMO it would look wrong on a dyna! The springer is heavy so why would you won't it on a dyna?

Folks have been putting springers on FLs since '58 (swingarm) and FXs since '71 and even XLs and I think they look pretty good, IMHO>

So am going to write H-D a letter and tell them they must make a CVO dyna springer for 2016.
