I see... I ride pretty much year round. If I don't ride, I start having withdrawals. Fortunately, I live in a mild climate

The Range Confirmation Light on my pager goes out after about 2 hours even with the pager right by the bike. But if the alarm is set off the pager works. This sucks because I can't tell if I am in range or not. The dealer does'nt really know anything about this. Any one else having this problem?

I haven't heard of that problem. Have you replaced the 9V battery in the Siren?

This is assuming that the pager & 12V bike batteries are good..

I have had mine a couple of months. No problems. Also, the little manual states that in order to conserve power, it quits sending the signal after 2 hours unless someone touches the bike.

Yes page 8 of the little manual says

"In order to protect the power supply the security system will only brodcast the RCS for one hour. The security system will remain armed, and will alert the pager reciever in the event of a trigger if within range."

I guess you need to read these little manuals cover to cover before asking stupid questions. But I still don't like the fact your not sure if you are within range unless you get an alarm. All good things must have there flaws I guess.
Thanks for the help.

I see what you mean.. I guess I never paid that much attention or maybe when I'm on the bike, I just never left it alone long enough to notice... It's good to know. Thanks for bringing it to my attention

My pager system also takes aaa batteries. Do you have the info on how to set it up for your bike?
I don't have the instructions for it and it has lost the match up with my bike. Need info on setting it
back up.

You aren't the only one. I thought something was wrong with my pager when I noticed when the tower stopped blinking. I read the manual, but I guess I glazed over at that point.
