Dealer ruined my paint!!!!!
Havent got to yell at the dealer yet wanted to see what anyone thinks I should say and do...
I got a 2007 street bob last month and all in the purchase was a passenger seat, backrest etc...they installed it....
I took the seat off to clean it today and noticed the dealer didnt put the protective foam pads under the seat to keep from rubbing like their was for the solo seat....
so now their is 8 etched holes in my rear fender from staples from the pillon.....
let me know what you all think.....

I'll try to be nice but I have already figured out that they suck at customer service after you buy the bike........they where great before of course....
Im going to call other service shops and see if they where supposed to add the foam then let them answer if they are supposed to and go from there

RE: Dealer ruined my paint!!!!!
I would say someing like - When you guys installed my new seat no cover/protection was put over the fender andthe new seattore up my paint. I want to use a solo seat sometimes and the paint is tore up on the fender. Then... know exactly what you want them to do for you and state it - i.e. - I would like for you to - replace the fendor, repaint the fendor, etc.
