Picture's remind me of when I was a younger, the Old man would walk up and say "My God, Son, why didn't you stop?"
Like others have said cut a slot for a screw driver, but if a torx bit was mashed, going to take a lot of pressure, to keep it in the slot, you might want somebody else around to whack the handle end of screw driver inward, while pushing in and trying to unscrew at the same time, maybe even clamp a vise grip on handle of screw driver. If all else fails, remove the other bolt, grind off head of mashed bolt, get the clamp out of the way, then weld a nut to it(as other poster stated earlier). Good luck.

That bolt may have a thread locker.
Do you have a soldering iron?
1-Place tip of soldering iron in hole of torx to first soften the threadlocker, you will need to hold it for several minutes if it has thread locker on it.
Then review what tool will best bite remainder...an allen/hex will sometimes catch, sometimes a flat screwdriver bit tip tapped into torx and use a ratchet.
2-No heat required: Use a new torx bit and some JB weld, JB weld the torx bit into the hole of torx and let it sit overnight..try again next day. The JB weld fills some of the gaps from stripped torx head bolt but the torx bit will become a throwaway due to the JB weld product.
3-Heat required after a dremel tool slot cut, then and a drag link socket or flat blade bit with a ratchet may also provide success.

Disconnect both battery terminals, some might say to pull main fuse or all fuses, depends upon the vintage of the bike, computer or not. Place welder ground cable on the bolt, cover absolutely everything you do not want ruined from the sparks that fly whilst welding. Little beads of red hot molten steel rolling across paint or chrome will make a bad day worse.
