Take a piece of steel, drill a hole into it, size of bolt head. Use it as a shield to protect everything around that bolt. Take a big nut with inner diameter as big as the head of your bolt. Weld that nut to your bolt - weld inside of nut of course. Use proper wrench to remove bolt. This has never failed on me.

Try and wedge a flat blade screwdriver int the hole and see if you can turn it out that way first. Sometimes drive the screwdriver into torx opening

Well, I just saw the picture, my method will probably not work, there is not enough space around that bolt ...

Just use a small cold chisel and hammer on it like Little5150 said. You can buy the small cold chisel at most hardware stores in the tool section. Probably only a few bucks.

The drawing illustrates how to set the chisel. Keep it at a high angle so it doesn't scoop out the top of the bolt. Tap with the hammer until you see it start to move.

I would like to add one thing. Hit it with the chisel at a 90 degree first, to make a indentation for the chisel to sit in (see picture). Then Hit it at an angle like the first picture.

No offense but, if you managed to do that using the "right size torx wrench", this repair is probably above your abilities. I would take it to the machine shop and pay them to take it out...It should be pretty cheap...They may even do it for beer...
