I don't know about the area that you live in but it seems the custom chopper boys aroundhere are a bit snobish. Very seldom do a get return wave. What took the cake was when I rode into a strip mall to geta 12 pack at the grocery store. A hot wingjoint was next door with about 6guysjust sitting on their choppers. I rode by nodded and waved.........nothing in return, just a smerky look like I was riding a moped.There is an American Ironhorse dealer near by. I guess if you can afford a$35k and up bikeyou must be the highestin the food chain.

My Outlaw was not that expensive, and I also do not lord it over the others that my bike is the best

i have a custom chopper worth many dollars and i,m the one who always waves first at my
fellow bikers.not all are the samw.i do won a fatboy also.

SAme here...About 99.9% of the custom riders aroundhere are a bunch of f**kstick, slapnut pu$$ies. I couple of the pieces of chit I went to school with have them and they think thay are biker royalty when they are really unambitious worthless individuals, as they have always been. The others are doctors and rich ******. The ones of those who built their own customs think that they are too high and mighty in the world of bike building to talk to anyone who doesn't ride a custom. About 99.9 percent of these guys I am talking about need to have the $hit kicked out of them, which wouldn't be very hard. Just my .02 BTW...Cajunman...You are not in the 99.9% I am talking about.

There's also a good chance that these bikes are their first bikes and they have no idea what traditions are involved in riding motorcycles. Real RUBs.

I hope none of you Custom guys on the forum take any offense to my earlier post. I am just speaking about the Custom riders I regularly come in contact with in my area. Just a demographic thing.
