Default Just polished mine last week

My lowers were badly pitted also. Read thru the posts here & went to work. took about 2 hours. sanded then polished. before & after pics

Talking better shot

this shows better. started w 220 to get off clearcoat & pitting, then wetsanded 400,600,800,1200,1500. then hit it with mothers & maguires wax.

Good advise...I always wipe mine down with a wet micro fiber towel and then dry them off after I'm done riding for the day. It takes a couple of minutes and no pitting at all.

Yes they can be restored, re-chromed, or PC'ed
