Leesburg Bikefest

Don't speed or Mr. Fuzz will give you a ticket. That little town has little means of income and speeding tickets are a good revenue source. If they clock you 5 miles over, they'll stop you.

I go every year. Great riding roads, HD dealership right in the middle (Gator Harley) and fairly close to home for me. And, they don't price gouge like they do in Daytona.
Anyone interested in meeting up this year; PM me.

I've gone three times. It gets bigger every year. By the end of April you are going to have warm weather. All the main vendors attend this event.
Very friendly. Being a three day event it does not put much strain on the local people or police. The cops don't harass bikers unless they ask for it. They actually want you to be there and have fun. I've been to Daytona and the Murtle Beach festivals several times. Leesburg was as much fun as either.
Lots of good roads to ride and plenty of hotels. I did not see much price gouging like other events. It does get crowded From Friday night on through Sunday.
Ride safe!!

I like it more than Daytona for the reasons previously stated. Better at riding, weather, prices, and more biker friendly (especially the cops). It's their main annual event, so they seem to want our business more than Daytona. Not just the "drop a few thousand and then get the heck out" attitude I percieve from Daytona. PC's Thunder By the Beach is good too.
