Harley Dealership Owner who still Wrenches
Bobby's Territorial Harley Davidson in Yuma, Arizona is owned by Bobby Erxleben. Bobby still wrenches every day on customer's bikes in his own shop. How cool is that. If you're passing through Yuma you owe it to yourself to stop in at Bobby's and shake a "real" dealer's hand. Anyone know of any other dealership owners who still get their hands dirty on customer's bikes?

Buffalo, NY......service manager came right out and sat on the ground with me and tools that I didn't have to get me back on the road.....day before a big open house way to busy to give up a worker..so did it himself......I'd say that was pretty cool...

That's awesome! In all of the time I've been riding, I've rarely known the owner to actually be in site.

Another good one is Santa Barbara HD. Kewl people and they treat you right. The owners are there too.
Coffee and donuts and good service on all planes.... what more could ya want!

It's great to hear that some of the dealership owners do care about their customers and actually know how to fix anything they sell. Too many nowadays hide in the offices of their neon glitz, chrome plated shelved dealerships complete with chrome consultants and the like. I'd say that it's pretty impressive that you found someone who still has the passion to get their hands greasy.
Can't say that this happens at all near me though.
