I'veexperienced too many times where you seem to be invisible (and silent)to people in cars, even if running a bike with open drag pipes.

As someone else mentioned, if a cager can't hear a siren blaring on an emergency vehicle, a 'loud bike' doesn't stand a chance.

If my bike would just at least always sound as cool as it does accelerating out of low second, i'd be happy. As it stands, lookin at a spring mod.

do the deer whistles really work? proven or not? sounds like questionable bs but **** id rather not hit a deer and i do i better be eating venisin stew in the hospital!

I've found my pipes to be more effective than the stock horn.

I've used a crack on the throttle at least a couple of times to prevent a car from merging in to my lane.

I think alot of it has to do with the vibration and reverb given off by the loud pipes.
My pipes are loud enough so that I am not only heard I am felt
