Default Will powder coated heat shields hold up under high temp??

anybody have experience or advice regarding powder coating heat shields? will it hold up under the high temperature? pls advise. thx.

Back a few bikes ago, I had my chrome V&H stripped and they applied a high heat black powder coat. Never had any issues whatsoever. Good Luck

Mine flaked off at the top of the headers, so its really based on the quality/know how of person applying.

I had mine on for two years with no issues. JK has the high heat powder that's better than what I had so go for it.BTW the way that's JetHot on the pipes in my Sig pic.
