forecast high was for 28 degrees--must have been wearing some of those gerbing shorts and tee shirts. did not know that gerbing made flip flops.

Actually put about 70 miles on the Heritage today...and managed to keep from falling over.

So, have you found some training wheels for your bike yet?

I forgot you have a reading comprehension problem. So sorry, my bad.

Let me see if I can explain this for you.

My comment about the shorts and black socks was for the post quoted above. Not YOURS, the one above that, where the guy who lives in Florida is stating he rode in shorts.

Now in Florida, with all of the retirees who live there, it's a joke about how they dress in Bermuda shorts and black knees socks, so I was making a joke about HIS dress, not stating what I was wearing today.

I hope that clears that up or you. If I used too big of words for you, get your mother to read and explain it to you.

Now, since you seem so concerned about what I was wearing...Today I wore jeans (boot cut, faded wranglers), my normal riding boots, chaps, thermal shirt with a short sleeve garage shirt over that, a leather jacket and a black cap. Looked really nice according to the young lady working the drive through at the bank.

Actually, it's funny how you continue to be an *** to people and then when someone addresses you about it you can't come up with anything to say...

You really are an ***, and seems by the comments on your info page you have been since the day you joined the forum.

I always think about the sixties when a phrase like that is used, so many different ways to customize a bike, Jap, American and so many different riding groups,or clubs the biker lifestyle is to me a simple thing of packs of guys riding around the country together with girlfriends on the back, to me that's long gone

Click 'Like' if you live and love the true American biker lifestyle.

Just what is the true American biker lifestyle? How can I tell if I live it?

I ride my bike everyday if only for a few miles. What am I missing?
For Americans, its hard for you to understand what the world outside of the americas perceive as the american lifestyle..

I can tell you that From a Danish, Dutch, German, Belgian and French point of view But not British as I have spent allot of time there with people who think they are living the American Biker Lifestyle or Dream.
There are two camps.
For a majority of these people its the Ride Harley, wear a leather waist coat, have long hair, not shaved, lean towards the "AMA 1% Version"
the second camp is the Rich yuppy camp who are weekend bikers who are WildHog Riders.

This is what they believe the American Biker life style is..

Then you have the majority of the bikers in europe who don't buy Harleys because they don't want to be associated with the perceived American life style. They also want bikes that are more performance related and think that all american "HD, Indian, victory" are the ugliest bikes in the world and would rather have their ********* chopped of than ride one.
