Between those two I would go with the 103. I've heard too many people complaining about/having issues with the 110.

I'd call the boys in Viola or go with a FM kit. I personally wouldn't buy a kit from HD just because I know S&S and FM will go the extra mile if you have any problems, I'm not sure the same can be said about HD.

Go big. Its better to have power you don't need than to go small and regret it later. Ive never owned anything that I didn't wish had more power now and then.

What is it about the 96 you dont like? I have the same bike (09 SG) and I dont have any issues w it. Runs strong, pulls hard. How much power is enough (if there is such a thing)?

I traded a Dyna with a 96" that had a stage 1 for the sig bike in my pic (it has an SE 103 motor with 2-1 Bub exhaust). I can honestly say that there is not all that much difference in power between the two bikes. A stage 1 96" motor has lots of low end torque to begin with.

^^ What he said. I have a 103 with a Stage 1 and it doesn't feel like it was much more power than my buddy's 98 with a Stage 1. If I did a rebuild I wouldn't even consider anything less than a FM 107. But I would lean more towards something in the 117-121 range. I don't think anybody has a regret about going big. But I cant count the amount of people that say they wish they had gone bigger.
