Default 120r

Hi i am thinking about putting an 120R crate engine in a Street Glide and read in all the forums about reliabity problems etc etc

I don't care about the mpg etc all I want to ask the folkowing :

I'm very curious who has the most miles on his 120R...??

Whats the highest mileage without any problems because thats whats counts....

Thanks

I put a 120 in my Fatboy last winter and put 18000 k/ms on it last year. Completely trouble free. I bought a 14 street glide and have installed the same. Waiting for winter to go so I can ride it.

Get an s&s 124. Reliable as they get. No issues at all...

Because of me living in Europe and the SE/ dealer network is far more and better organized i want to stick to HD/ SE parts. Otherwise in case of trouble it can take like A few weeks for me to get S&S parts...

So thats exactly why i'm 'investigating' the reliability of the 120r

Thanks

I've only got 2500 miles on mine so far. Not many miles yet but so far it's been 130 horses of trouble-free riding, and there's not a more beautiful sight in the whole darn land. Why have something common.
