Default front fender or not ???????

I have seen quite a few bikes without a front fender, I was wondering what my lowrider would look like without one. Any thoughts onusing/not using the front fender.

I like the way a bike looks with no fender , but if you plan on riding it , a fender sure makes things better

Just how wet do you like to get? Looks are great but how something really works means a great deal to me. Your fender hanging on a hook at home while you ride is not good enough for me

Not to mention the sand and stones that would make a direct path to your tank paint

Who needs a front fender!! I rode my Triumph back to Rapid City from Deadwood after a good rain and the trip was just fine. Just one problem now that I remember. I had to spend 20 minutes in the shower trying to wash the mud out of my jackets zipper so I could take it off.

Up here in Canada most Provinces require it by law that you have a front fender. Saying that, here in New Brunswick, very few LEO's will bother you. I like the look and we sell a lot of Softails and Street Bobs that the guys are taking the fender off as soon as the bike leaves the dealership.

front fenders are for people who ride in the rain. if you dont ride in the rain, you dont need one.
