Harley Wheelies on HDF
#31
Lowering the tire pressure is kinda like cheating. Yea it kinda works, but not a single one of us will take any air out of the tire to do a wheelie. What most don't realize is that we run stock compound tires (Dunlop D402). The rear shocks are actually the biggest contributing factor to getting traction. Stiff lowering shocks are primarily the reason no one thinks they can get traction. We all run at least 13" shocks on our bikes. As far as tires go however, the manufacture date is important to look at when you buy a new tire. make sure it was actually made within the year it is being purchased, otherwise the rubber gets a lot harder as it gets older and thus much more challenging to get the traction needed to get the bike up.

Most of my homies have pretty built motors. My T-sport twincam is bone stock at the moment. Ive got a 95" in the works though.

Haha yea hondas make the game a whole lot easier. There's just something about watching a bigtwin 12 o'clock all the way down the street that gets me and pretty much everyone else (minus cops) excited.
