Been a life member for over 20 years. Haven't gone to a meeting in over 15 years. Is HOG beneficial? Depends on what you want to get out of it. I met some good people who are now life-long friends. They don't do HOG anymore either but we ride with them often. So for us HOG was worth it. It is not an MC. Never was never will be...

 

I agree. Any "real" MC that considers HOG a threat or challenge to their "way of life" has some serious self-esteem issues and is obviously not playing with the big boys.

 

Have to do it to be in the local HOG chapter... So it costs $60 a year for both memberships... Just bought my wife LED headlights at the local dealer for Christnas, the HOG discount covered the membership cost in one deal.
