I change oil at 3k and am tired of the noise increases of synthetic.
I love oil threads and think members who get annoyed by them should stay the hell out of em if It bothers them that much..... my .02c

I love oil threads too, my favorite topic. That's why I think they should be moved into the oil forum so they'd be easy to find and you could always refer back if you ever forgot which kind of oil to run and why.

I suggest you lube your muffler bearings every 5k & change your oil every 20k.

You forgot about a critical fluid change...the blinker fluid must be changed when you lube your muffler bearings!

I use crude oil directly from the well head. All that refining BS is just a scam to get your money.

Nothing but the finest semi-synthetic ATF goes in my tank. Oh, you meant in the engine? Hell, duck fat filtered through goat innards then left to cure until ripe in a small container made from sheep skin, then brought to a low boil to return it to a liquid state - that's what goes in the engine. To hell with the dinosaur-squeezins and synthetic versions of it both, that's all marketing hype and pure BS.

I guess I just use whatever I have on hand for the primary and transmission, usually the discarded tears of my enemies. They taste great, and the transmission has never shifted smoother!
