Good morning Riders;

Does anyone have an RSD leather jacket? Hows the fit according to your regular size? Do they run big or smaller than usual? Quality?

From my experience they run about 1 size smaller. I tried on tons of jackets in Daytona this weekend and that was what I noticed.

 

I've been looking hard at the Ronin jacket. From the reviews I've read, it leans a little more towards the fashion end of things, vs. toughness. It uses a slightly thinner leather. I don't like that the jacket is pushing $600 and does not come w/ armor, even though it has pockets for armor.

I've read some reviews where people had get off's, and while the jacket protected them, seams sometimes ripped open and the jacket was shot afterwards. Conversely, I have a roughly 8 year old HD FXRG classic type leather that is HEAVY and tough. I've had a get off in it where I busted some ribs and broke my collar bone. Aside from a little rash, the jacket is still good to go.

Probably one of the nicest looking MC jackets currently available though. RevZilla has them on their site and lots of reviews.
