I've seen this design on several custom bikes that have been reviewed in American Iron. I like the design, very cool. But how's the stopping power?

From following this forum, the 360 brakes seem to be having a lot of problems right now. Both quality and intallation issues. They look great but are expensive.
Will the Wilwood perimeter brakes fit Touring bikes?
