It's Here!
Got home last night and there it was, the new 2014 parts & accessories catalog mailed directly from MOCO. I'd been to the dealer once since it had been released but they didn't have any copies to hand out. I'll need to peruse it in my spare time to see what new foolishness I can waste my money on! Hey, last year I found the new then tourpak armrest kit I installed. Almost forboding to start reading!

It helps. I took mine to work one night just for something to do, when I got home I got on the internet and spent $300. It didn't go any faster or sound any different after that, but it sure glints in the sunlight.

I've only bought amazon highway pegs and willie and max saddle bags for my bike (amazon). Oh and a windshield I don't use I bought used....
I wish I could buy toys for my bike, but I'm being patient and it's kickin my ***! Good thing I got a "#1" derby cover for Christmas last year.. The catalogue definitely doesn't help!

I know what I want and look for good deals and when they really do come around which isn't all that often I snap em' up.
I'm always open to ideas though.
That may be the point of a catalogue or this forum for that matter.
For example, I bought an "almost" brand new hammock seat, shipped to my home for $260 this week.
A guy on here in the classifieds had the same model of seat but was asking $360 shipped.
I explained to him that typically one will not pay too much more than 50% of retail.
I told him his seat was not worth much more than $275 shipped to me as new the seats retail for $500 but can be had for $439 shipped from LSHD or Surdyke.
He basically told me to pound sand.
I found the better deal and his seat is still for sale in the classifieds.
_______line is, the good deals do come around from time to time but you have to know what it is that you want and then when they do, you snap em' up.
When I did my stage 1 I only had $628 in it.
Stage 2, another $550 in it.
Gotta be a savy shopper, or I should say it pay's to be a savy shopper.
