When U trade Ur bike in, do U strip it or leave the Mod on.??

Yeah, I was on a custom softail EVO that I built myself. Broke a shock bolt on the road and stopped at Amarillo H-D. They saw we were on the road and got right on us. I was so mad at mine, I lusted for this Fat Boy, plenty of time to hang around the shop. Dealer had absolutely NO INTEREST in my bike whatsoever, and didn't even want to sell me the Fat Boy, saying they would rather sell to locals. guess that's so they have to go back there for that first $500 oil change. Fixed the shock bolt and down the road we go.

That's so true, We so often hear others say they wish they started doing (whatever) yrs ago. And at 64 I don't know how many more I've got and each one goes faster.
Really I think if our Heritage wasn't such a Good all around bike and good Road bike it'd be a lot easier changing over to a Touring bike.
