There are 3 people who I would let ride mine. Those 3 are my riding buddies so I know how they ride and I know that all of them are stand up guys and would fix it if they broke it. They'd probably give me their bike to ride while mine was being fixed. None of us ever ask to ride the others bike though.

My wife rides my bike and drives my car .. i ride hers and drive her cars too... it's a mutual exchange.

I won't let other guys ride my bike or drive my car period i don't care who they are unless of course they are the technicians fixing my bike/car from the dealerships.

Other than a mechanic doing a test ride after a service, I have let only one person ride my bike. But, she's a friend and is absolutely the best rider I know. She was a motorcycle cop in Germany before she got married and moved here, where she was a motorcycle cop here for several years.

I've let a few good friends ride my bikes and they have let me ride theirs. It's a bike not a girl.

I'm of the don't loan, don't ask to borrow school of thought. I don't give any of them rides on the back either. That's reserved for my wife and my 12 year old son.
