Parking next to Harley Davidsons

That other thread exposed several dozen who think anonymous vandalism is the answer to getting butt hurt in a parking lot. My father always taught me vandals were cowards who cant handle issues face to face. Acting like a 14 yr old and keying a car or cutting valve stems is juvenile. If someone is so damn upset about "parking too close" then wait for the owner to show up and take the discussion face to face.
This is the best advice. Your father is right.

It's not my bike but that is my red truck. This is what I came out of the hardware store to find:
The guy driving the commercial truck had a huge parking lot with hundreds of spaces...and he picked the one next to mine.
Good thing he was there loading up so I could point out his skills.
Point being: a-hole drivers everywhere.

Very true! Thats why you wont find me near the doors. Always look for a spot with lots of room and no shopping carts near by, that lazy *** people just leave standing around instead of pushing them to a collection point

There was a time when I woulda busted both his mirrors off for doing something like that. I guess I'm getting mellow in my old age.

That is why I usually park far away from everybody.

That was probably a "visual driver"..an individual that is unable to judge distance when another vehicle is not in usual & customary visible range (they do not look at lines).
Basically they would park worse if a bike was also on the other side of their car (again because they do not look at lines)
I once parked in the center of a well marked parking space at a shopping center and returned to find my bike literally squeezed on both sides (car doors inches from engine guard/unable to stand-up bike) .
People came and just forgot all about the "lines" and "created" their own spaces.
Side note: consider looking at all 6 sides as sometimes the really bad drivers are behind you.
