Looks pretty cool. Bet they annoy the crap out of the person on your right at the traffic light.

Crap, a Heritage will scrape the boards if you just SNEEZE in a corner. Jacking that sucker up was my EARLY mods, so I could ride the dang thing.
I have no interests in sniffing flowers.

It was delivered today. Very nice looking exhaust. The heat shields are pretty unique. They have cut outs with stainless screen inserts. They do look. Like they are gonna be talkers.

Lemme know if you can't take the scraping problem and I'll try and give you some of my stuff that has worked magnificently. A bike should corner like a bike, not a tricycle.

Got em on. Easy install. They sound very good, not too loud. They are easy to grind though. May have to cut the 90 degree ell down to'a'45. Everybody who has seen and heard them like em. Any thoughts on raising it? Got the shocks all the way up.

You can darkside the rear wheel if you wish, double dark if you put a rear MT on the front, but that's more for longevity.
I'm told the rear shock shafts can be adjusted for a little more lift: I just didnt' need it - I thought.
I put Ricor Intiminators in the forks to eliminate diving, which is worth some height where you need it; I did successfully put 1" PVC slugs over the springs to keep the head up before now. I have 2" extended forks and tins: best mod of all for a Herry. Thicker fork oil adds compression, but makes the ride harsh.
I just did notice today that my lower heat shield has some scraping on the bottom, but I can live with that if it doesn't get worse.

Thanks Q.D. I look into those. Are those rear tires hard to find?

No they're not. Universal Tire (also on Fleabay) has the 175/75/16 taxi tires. Depending on the year of your bike, you may or may not be able to fit wider than a 175 in, but that's a nice grippy tire and wide enough.
I always suggest you do some reading before going dark and learn about finding your sweet spot, mounting (I do my own with 2 HF tire spoons and a 2x4), and the minor handling difference that just disappears after about 100 miles - like riding a different bike, only with real traction. Your traction limitation will be your front tire. I use Shinko 777's because they stick like glue and let me hit the boards wet or dry. Expect to probably need around 34-36 lbs. air; don't go by the manufacturor's pressures, as we need the sidewall to flex and keep a lot of the tread down on the road.

Look to see what others with your bike are running:

Default 2012fatboy lo

Anybody with these pipes on a 2012 fatboy lo.

Decided to fork out the coin on these pipes before reading reviews I'm awfully close to scraping floorboards hoping the pipe doesn't sit much lower

Some might not like the golden coloration of the stainless exhaust, but the heat shields are chrome and cover the header pipes. Welds are perfect, fitment had to force a little for the rear pipe, but worth it, and no one else hadthe same problem. Nice dyno numbers on it.

I still corner hard, but I'm 2 over in front and darksided in back, so it doesn't hit before the boards. ORMV.

I have the same pipe on my bike
