Fox Creek is well worth the extra money, but the TourMaster jackets on newenough.com are good value.
Both sites have outstanding customer service.

Do you guys who bought a leather jacket from Foxcreek think they are worth the extra money? For example if a jacket at Foxcreek cost $350, a very similar jacket from leather.com out San Diego runs about $185. I ask because I want a Foxcreek leather jacket. Their web pictures look like real high quality stuff. But every time I buy something for me, the wife buys something for her, which I guess is fare, but I need to make sure I'm getting more value with my money going with a Foxcreek since the purchase is going to cost twice. Once for me and once for her.

In general I agree that you get what you pay for, but in the case of a leather jacket what do you get? Thicker leather? Better zippers? Thicker thermal lining? More pockets? All the above?
I have a size 42 Classic, it weighted 13 lbs. Thats what the shipping weight was. Thick, soft, nice pattern to the leather. I've had no problem with the snaps, zippers etc. My jacket style has lots of pockets. I didn't have the it cost me twice syndrone, but I was tempted with the HD products, but their price was higher, and the product was made off shore.

If you happen to be in Daytona, ride over to Seminole Harley in Sanford, 40% all HD leather! Some 50% off! Thats what I'm talking about! I snagged a Piston II vest for me at 50% offand an Aeration jacket for the wife at 40% off. Great deals good people!
