Default Streets-500-750

Just saw a commercial this afternoon for the new streets.

Better make a reservation for your bike night parking space.

I was passing a stealer today and stopped in to look at the scooters. The salesmen told me that the 750's wouldn't be here until August.

It is nice they are liquid cooled. It will be hot here then.

I like the 750. I think HD is going to sell a lot of them.

Seen 2 of them on the streets now , while the bike has decent lines and looked to be the street fighter style the younger crew is into to me honestly it looked like another import water buffalo knock off , nothing harley about the thing but the tank label . Not bad mouthing it just an observation .Suspect it will do well in the hot states and oversea's but doubt they will catch on here stateside in a big way .

My wife and I looked at the 500 yesterday. She's 5'2", and it fits her perfectly. I think it's a sharp bike, I hope they sell a ton of them.

Made in India assembled in the United States. Deal breaker for me. I do like downsizing. I remember riding when 90% of us rode 650s and 750s. I don't know who or what the heck ever started this buy a 800lb 1600cc lead sled revolution. The only bad part of this decision is importing a foreign made motorcycle and calling it a Harley. Made in America is the only thing that lets Harley get away with selling motorcycles that cost as much or more than cars. How many Harleys would sell if they were made in China? I sure as heck wouldn’t own one.

Just think of it as a gateway drug. Get them started on these little water cooled bikes and then when they step up they can get what we consider a real Harley.

I know of one dealership that is using the 500 for new rider course class.
