Not Really, My Engine is bone stock, I changed the cam when I changed the chain tensioner which was a MUST change or it will break the engine.
Not a single Mod I have has to do with Power of Engine really . the SE & Doherty PACC were previous owner installed.
Most of the performance mods are suspension (which you do on any bike) and front brake improvement and of course the LED light you would do this on any bike I changed the shocks on my Jap bikes as well.
I used to race and my last bike before my Harley was a 2002 R1, when people talk about power here it feels like 'who is the tallest midget in the circus' discussion to me :icon_banan a:

You got me there. Nice bike by the way.
I would like to see Moco keep a traditional line but offer a performance line too. By that I mean keep the spirit of the tourning line but improve HP and Torque by alot from the factory without having to put thousands of $$ into them day one. The Vrod and these new ones appear to be a step in that direction.

I’m in the special club of anything 2 wheels regardless of the nameplate. When I threw my first leg over that mini-trail 50, I could give two ****s what brand or style of bike it was. The smile was etched upon my face from day one. Now, 40 years later the same philosophy applies.
Weather it’s building one in my garage.
Spending quality time with my grown son.
Launching a 500lbs dirt bike in the woods.
Or, simply hanging out with the wife.
It’s all the same, smiles, smiles, smiles. I hope they expand the brand and sell a metric ton globally.

I don't think the intent of the new street bikes is performance (although with a few mods I am sure that new engine would be wicked fast). I think they are design to attract younger cruiser riders (sportster, vulcan 900 custom, honda shadow spirit riders) and provide them with a light, agile, peppy bike that doesn't overheat in stop and go traffic. I owned a sportster 883 with a 1200 kit and was a ton of fun around town but it cooked me in stop and go traffic.

http://sofreakingcool.com/21443/harl...-urban-legend/ Anybody heard of this bike?
But seriously, I like the simplicity of my bike. I know it's not fast, but I can do pretty much everything too it and not feel uncomfortable doing so, unlike say getting into the internals of an RC51 or Daytona 675.
However, I do miss the performance and my next bike to add to the stable will be a Speed Triple.
