Nah probably not. Bikes don't look good with stretched out mudflaps

IS it going to need valve adjustment like my old vrod, what a pain in the *** that was. I wonder what the service schedule on this "Urban" bike is going to be. So many questions harley, i need answers dammit, horsepower, motor specs, torque, service schedule,

I'm interested to see what it looks like in person. It gonna be small...but not quite 'Honda Rebel' small from the looks of it.

I also think that the H-D catalog is going to be filled with stuff to make it look like a 'big bike', and the aftermarket will likely go crazy with add-on/performance parts. From the few pics I have seen...it's going to be a pretty easy task to toss a fat tank on it and add a few doo-dads to give it a dyna/bagger appearance (at first glance), radiator notwithstanding.

Default New Model Street 500 and 750

You guys see this new Dark Custom Street model:

http://street.harley-davidson.com/#

I'm happy for HD, actually. Good to see some forward thinking from them. Kawa dropped their 500 (classic, that was) and 750 cruisers a few years ago, so this is a great move by HD.

I is impressed.....

Looks like a small Vrod to me.Not a bad thing if it performs like a small Vrod,If it doesn't, probably go over about as well as the Buell Blast.

honda has moved heavily into the 500 and 750 markets in the last couple of years.

most "urban" bikes dont rack up huge mileage from my experience.

the bikes are 6 months from market according the hd faq so plenty of time for the numbers/reviews/teardowns to occur.

Amazing how little information Harly gives out on any thing? Looks to me like they missed the mark with the segment they are going for, just like how the vrod has. looks like a nice little cheap standard but that raked out front just messes it all up...
