been following this thread but have not read all the posts. It appears the store owner has not even contacted the OP yet? If not that is amazing. If it were my business I would have at least contacted the customer. I had a problem at a dealership and a manger contacted me and told me what he could and could not do. We disagreed but I respected him for at least contacting me and doing what he could.

That's exactly how Chuck should have handled this. I would think any good business owner would want to talk to the customer and try to resolve an issue before it got this far along. His silence says a lot about Chuck's character.

I doubt they would've itemized the invoice but I wonder if you paid, somewhere in the fine print, a "tire disposal fee" on top of all the other BS they handed you. I give you props for not ripping the "smirk" right off of Calvin's face. This is why Voodoo Dolls were invented.

Someone posted about a picket line across the street from the store for next year's Sturgis rally. I would ride the 100 miles or so out of the way to hold a sign that says, "Don't buy ANYthing here. Deluxe HD is a rip off. Keep riding!"

I have a never worn shirt from Deluxe HD in Gillette. I'm afraid to wear it now.

Actually, I have no desire to wear it. Maybe a shirt burning event can be drummed up.

Ultracan, I was just trying to be polite. I was wondering if he bought the Casper dealership or was selling it. A few years ago the dealership was for sale. Makes me think he is a lousy business man treating customers this way. Hope it bites him in the *** eventually.
