I would get a hold of the owner, he owns Gillette, Casper, and Sundance Wyoming. He is a good guy and would like to hear the problem with one of his dealers. I would be really pissed of myself. I know if I was the owner I would want to know how my customers are being treated. Oh his name is Chuck Deluxe @chuckdeluxe.com.

Amazing!!! Went out of town on a ride this weekend and couldn't get online. Today I come back to 14 new pages since I last checked this thread....AND STILL NOTHING FROM CHUCK!!!?? What a loser.

I'm unlikely to ever break down in Gillette but I have been following this thread with interest.
Even if the dealer concerned does not want to respond through this forum, I would have thought that at the very least it would be appropriate to contact the OP and offer some kind of explanation, apology or gesture of goodwill.
