I'm getting close to my 15 day trip out west and will be stopping at many HD Dealers. I will not be stopping at yours. After reading on hdforums what your store did to a rider that was in need I can see that you don't need my business. Although not having my business won't hurt your bottom line your current business model will. Hopefully you decide to right the wrong did here and to treat your customers better in the future.

I would step out on a limb here-------------I would bet his "Karma" will come in the way of some sort of plaque to hang on the wall from the motor company lol

 

my writing skill sucks or I would draft a letter to the mothetship expressing my dissapointment in them for not stepping in and making chuck correct the wrong he done. they are guilty as well for sitting by and watching chuck and dealers like him screw some of us around

 

Don't forget the original poster is not the only one he did this to, see my post on page 9 of this thread. Its not a one time deal its a way of doing business for Chuck and his crew. To the top again!!!
