good ol' anne at corporate is using the name julie this week and next week she is scheduled to use kathy. nothing is going to come of this...well, maybe a few dealers will latch on to this idea as another way to screw touring riders far from home.

Is there a clean/professional 1 page concern letter that could be printed by anyone?
Maybe the original Thread starter/poster could design one or two.
A 1 page letter that can be posted onto the thread.
Maybe some individuals would be willing to copy/paste/print, place it in an envelope, stick a stamp on it and mail to an indicated address.
Total cost would be about 0.50 cents including paper and envelope in the USA and about $1 dollar from Canada .
Shop, HD or someone in the town might have 100 information request letters delivered within a week.
Even if there are 5 different addresses that would be 20 letters per address.
A similar 1 page clean/professional letter could also be designed and addressed to some important person/address in the town.
It would be in the receivers best interest to respond to the concern.
Additionally, maybe someone is a member of a motorcycle association(association letterhead used) or a motorcycle attorney (office letterhead used) and they would like to send a letter in order to inquire/clarify what is the facility policy.
Clean & professional is key as many would like to know the policy in order to plan their route.
No emails and no phone numbers so that a mailed response is required.
If someone wanted to go above and beyond they could make it signature required for the mailing.
Again,
It would need to be clean, professional and 1 page. Set-up in a way that it would only require someone to copy/paste/print then place in an envelope and place a stamp on the envelope.
This would not be malicious but should increase the receivers concern and force them to clarify their position.

Don't forget to go to their web site
http://chuckdeluxe.com/deluxe-harley...n-of-gillette/
and send them an email inquiring about their tire service policy and remind them that it is not the policy of HD or Dunlop to have matching tires.
