Well, I read all 533 posts. I used to live there, so it seemed like a home town issue to me. Glad to discover there are Indy alternatives there- Gillette is a long way from everywhere when you need help, and a lot of the folks there will go out of their way to help the stranded. Sorry to see this guy Chuck embarrass the town, the state, and the brand.

i heard that the moco has booked chuck to speak at the next dealer's meeting...even agreed to pay his expenses, so he can pass his expertise at handling/screwing/ignoring customers on to the other dealers. he has also been asked to sit on the moco board of directors, and his picture is in the hall of fame at headquarters.

Is there a clean/professional concern letter that could be printed?
Maybe some individuals would be willing to copy/print, place it in an envelope, stick a stamp on it and mail to an indicated address.
Total cost would be about 0.50 cents.
Shop or HD might have 100 concern letters delivered within a week.
It would be in their best interest to respond to each concern.
Additionally, maybe someone is a member of a motorcycle association(association letterhead used) or a motorcycle attorney (office letterhead used) and they would like to send a letter in order to inquire/clarify what is the facility policy.
Clean & professional is key as many would like to know the policy in order to plan our route.
No emails or no phone numbers so that a mailed response is required.
If someone wanted to go above and beyond they could make it signature required for the mailing.

I remember back in 1996 when I first got on the internet. All there was than was AOL. I remember there used to be an E-Mail bomb thing that someone could over load your E-Mail box with junk mail. I got hit with it once and It took me hours to delete it all. Ofcourse now you can delete all at once. To bad that program isn't still around, or is it.
